Don't have dashboard access yet?
If you don't have access to it you can request access by contacting us at reviewservices@clarivate.com
Granting dashboard access to others
You may wish your colleagues/editors to have access to your Web of Science Reviewer Recognition Service journal/publisher dashboard.
Navigate to the Dashboard Access page of your partner dashboard:
Publisher level dashboard access page
On the publisher level dashboard access page, at the top you should see the following:
^ copying that link and sharing with others will grant them full admin rights for all of your integrated journals.
Once you send them the link they can click it and sign up/sign in to webofscience.com and they will then have relevant access.
Journal level dashboard access page
If you're interested in granting journal-level access, scroll to the bottom of the Publisher page and you will see a list of integrated journals. Click on the one of interest and you will see the following journal-level permission options.
^ copying either link and sharing with others will grant them full admin rights/limited admin rights for all of your integrated journals. To see what permissions are granted with editor access (limited admin rights), see here.
Once you send them the link they can click it and sign up/sign in to webofscience.com and they will then have relevant access.
Remember - when you grant someone dashboard access they can see info & analytics on your journals and may be able to change settings (depending on access level granted) so make sure you only grant access to those you are happy to have that level of permission.
How do I give an editor access to the partner dashboard?
If you're interested in granting journal-level access to an editor, please click on the section labeled 'Dashboard Access' on the left-hand navigation bar of your Partner Dashboard.
You will be led to a page providing you with access links for each of your journals (at the bottom of the page).
Copy the 'editor access link' for the relevant journal and share with the editor concerned:
When they click the link they will be prompted to sign in or sign up to webofscience.com and will then have access to the journal's dashboard. Info on how to access here.
Remember - when you grant someone dashboard access they can see info & analytics on your journals and may be able to change settings (depending on access level granted) so make sure you only grant access to those you are happy to have that level of permission.
What does an editor see when they are granted dashboard access?
Editor access is restricted compared to Publisher/Journal administrator access - editors will only see the navigation options pictured below. The information available is only in regard to the particular journal they have been added to (as opposed to publisher wide information).
