For 1), an opt-in question will need to be added to your review submission workflow. The process for this depends on what editorial management system you use and you will be given more information on this as part of the set-up process.
For 2), a data export is set-up to send review data (incl. answers to the opt in question) to us once a review is submitted/daily (dependent on editorial management system).
