The Pending Records page of your Web of Science Researcher Profile is where you can check on the status of the review and editorial receipts that you have sent to us.
To find this page:
- First click on the menu button found in the side navigation bar.
- Now click on ‘Profile’ then “Records” and finally “Pending Records.”
On this page you can see the receipts that you have sent to either reviews@webofscience.com or edits@webofscience.com as long as you have sent them from an address that is associated and verified on your profile.
You can see an estimate on how long it will take to process and you can delete it if you wish which will remove the receipt from the processing queue.
Once processed the record will be removed from this page and you will get an email notification to tell you if it was rejected or accepted. If a record is removed and you did not receive a notification from us, please check your Communication Settings and ensure that you have the option “Profile Events” turned on.
If you have this option turned on and have still not received a notification it might be that you have unsubscribed from all emails. Please contact us to request that we resubscribe you to transactional emails.
