The pending records section of your private dashboard will show you a list of any emails you have sent to or which have not yet completed processing. 


On this page you can track your place in the queue and see any errors which have been encountered. One common error is that the email address that review or editorial receipts were sent from has not been verified so we do not know which profile to associate the records with. You can resolve this by verifying your email address after which we will begin processing the paused tasks again.
