Integrations can be achieved in a variety of ways, depending on the capabilities of your submission system and/or the regularity of your grant review cycles:

  • Using our Publons API to automate the flow of required information

  • Via regular reports set up by the Funder to send from the submission system to Publons

  • Via data files sent by the Funder to Publons in line with grant review cycles (usually biannually or quarterly)

Through this integration, when reviews have been completed the required data is then relaid to Publons (providing the reviewer has opted in) and added to reviewer profiles.
