If you somehow end up with two Publons accounts we will do our best to merge or link them automatically but this is not always possible. If you think that you have two accounts and are not prompted to link them, please let us know.
- Navigate to the Delete Account tab of your Clarivate account settings
- Select “I have a duplicate account” from the available options and submit by clicking Delete Account and then confirming.
- We will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
